Yin yoga invites you to slow down and create space for stillness while nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons, and fascia. This class is mostly on the floor, using props as needed to allow for a long hold of 2-5 minutes allowing joints and fascia to release. This class is complimentary of any other practice. By applying stress over time to the connective tissue, yin yoga increases circulation and imrpvoes flexibility. This class will leave you relaxed, renewed, and refreshed.
