Not at all. All our classes welcome beginners and we have instructors who will guide you through every pose safely.
Just yourself, water, and comfortable clothing. We have mat rentals ($3), mat towels ($2), and hand towels ($1) available if needed.
Comfortable workout clothes you can move freely in. Yoga is practiced barefoot so no need for shoes inside the classroom.
We open our doors 15 minutes before class. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early for your first visit so we can get you set up.
Yes — both locations have free parking directly outside. If there are no parking spots in front of our “Inspire” location, students can park inside the resident gate and ring our back doorbell for entry.

We offer flow classes, yin and restorative classes, breathwork and meditation, soundbaths & workshops. We also offer Mat Pilates at our new location at “the Bend”. Check our schedule for current offerings at each location.
Most classes run 60–75 minutes. Check the schedule for specific class length
We recommend it - popular classes fill up. You can book through our website or the Mindbody app.
Please cancel at least 2 hours before class to avoid a late cancellation fee. No-shows and late cancels are charged a $10 fee.

Auto-renewing memberships can be cancelled at any time, on your own, in the Mindbody Business App

Both are Kintsugi Yoga studios with the same quality and instructors, but each has its own unique space and vibe. We encourage you to try both.

Yes, both studios have areas to change. Our new Bend location has lockers, since there are 2 class rooms. The Inspire location has cubbies, but doors lock at the start of class and only 1 class at a time so everything is safe.
Yes — we have designated storage areas and lockers at both locations.
