Not at all. All our classes welcome beginners and we have instructors who will guide you through every pose safely.
Just yourself and water. We have mat rentals ($3), Manduka towels ($2), and hand towels ($1) available. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing.
Comfortable workout clothes you can move freely in. Yoga is practiced barefoot so no need for shoes in the studio.
We open our doors 15 minutes before class. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early for your first visit so we can get you set up.
Yes — both locations have free parking directly outside.

We offer flow classes, yin and restorative classes, breathwork and meditation, and specialty classes. Check our schedule for current offerings at each location.
Most classes run 60–75 minutes. Check the schedule for specific class length
We recommend it — popular classes fill up. You can book through our website or the Mindbody app.
Please cancel at least [X hours] before class to avoid a late cancellation fee. No-shows are charged the full class rate.

Both are Kintsugi Yoga studios with the same quality and instructors, but each has its own unique space and vibe. We encourage you to try both.
